Seminar on the Ethical Conduct Policy Held for All Employees of Nimruz University
A seminar on the Ethical Conduct Policy was held for the academic staff and administrative employees of Nimruz University by the Vice Chancellor's Office for Academic and Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Da'wah and Guidance Directorate of the university.
The seminar provided information on the importance of observing ethical and disciplinary principles and standards in the academic environment, as well as the responsibilities of academic and administrative staff and their role in creating a healthy academic environment.
Mawlawi Abdul Jalil Rashid, Head of Quality Enhancement and Academic Accreditation at Nimruz University, served as the presenter of the seminar and explained various topics related to the Ethical Conduct Policy. During his presentation, he provided necessary information regarding the Ethical Conduct Policy for academic and administrative staff, the Ethical and Disciplinary Policy for students, the commitments of Nimruz University and its leadership, as well as the policy's implementation and monitoring procedures.
The seminar emphasized that compliance with ethical, disciplinary, and professional principles by academic staff, administrative employees, and students plays an important role in improving the academic environment, enhancing the quality of services, and achieving the objectives of the university.
It is worth noting that conducting such awareness-raising and reform-oriented programs provides employees with greater familiarity with their responsibilities, codes of conduct, and regulations governing the academic environment.
